Last year on Valentine’s Day, a boy named Adam asked a girl named Amber to marry him. With tears of joy in her eyes, she said “Yes!” This year on Valentine’s Day, I met with these two for a fun-filled engagement session. It’s couples like this that make me love my job more and more. They love each other so much and you can just feel it. It just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. Here is the sweet couple:

We met at Peets Hill for our first shots and then we walked over to Bogart park to take a few more. This was also an opportunity for Lucy, their dog, to join in the fun. Lucy is actually the one who brought the ring to Amber when Adam proposed!

And then our last stop of the day was downtown.

There is always one picture that just jumps out at me as my favorite. This time it was a little harder to decide, but I will have to say that this one won. I just love it! They just look great together!

Happy Valentine’s Day and one year engagement! I cannot wait until your wedding this summer!

What better way to start off the New Year than with a family photo shoot. And what makes it even better is their name: The Adams Family! Every time I say it, write it, think about it, I just want to burst into song and snap my fingers. I bet as you are reading this, you are starting to sing the song too!
Anyway, back to the family. We got together on the 1st and just starting having some fun, taking some pictures and enjoying some family time. I love when we take pictures and everyone is so relaxed and really enjoys having their pictures taken. This family was definitely easy to work with and we had a great time. Makes me love my job even more!
Meet Bryan and Sue:

And these are their kids Elissa and Nathan:

Then just a few others from our day:

And my favorite of the day:

Thank you Adams family for a great photo shoot! Happy New Year!

This week’s category is Sun Flare. I never realized the neat effect that the glare can give to an image until I started playing with it and now I love it. Here is my entry for the week:
Please head on over to I♥faces and check out all the other great entries! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving week!
Saturday, I got the chance to meet my birthday twin, Baby K. I had been waiting to meet this little sweetheart and sweet she is! When I showed up, I was expecting her to be sleeping, but nope, she was hanging out in her chair, catching up on some football with her dad. We decided to head to her room for pictures and outfit changes. She was so calm and patient with us! Anything we put her in was absolutely adorable, but if you are this cute, everything looks good on you, even nothing at all!

After a little while, K decided she was a little hungry and just wanted to be held until she fell asleep. That was perfect for this picture!

And a baby session just wouldn’t be complete without a picture of those sweet baby feet!

Congratulations Megan and Bryan! You have a very sweet little girl and I’m so glad we finally got to meet!
